CREATIVE 

 I go By Samuel L Lloyd, I am a photography graduate with a First Class honours from Leeds Art University.  Travel and photography are my latest collaboration within life. Being a guy from North west England, I wanted to see the other side of the world straight away; 9 country backpacking journey starting in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Australia. This was exciting and fascinating! My love for travel, new cultures, and adrenaline-seeking took full stride. I also was able to combine my photography and book design. What's next is unsure, just keep watching and you will see and love it. 

​I am a creative person always excited by the small elements, the missed or forgotten. Working within photography, web design, graphic design and zine making. I am fascinated by it all my portfolio for these is growing. My knowledge of adobe creative suite is strong and allows me to help logo design, brand identity and publication.

Lately being self-published with my first book  'Somewhere In' this is a perfect bounded 264 page book made from recycled natural material with 170-gsm and 250gsm.  My photography itself,   revolves around capturing myself places and people. It is varied and full of a wide range, experimental and modern. Taking life's fleeting moments and transforming them into captivating visual stories. Through a blend of precision and artistic vision, I strive to evoke raw emotions and create narratives that transcend traditional photography. Questioning the ideas of photography what it can mean, become and understood as. My photography involves much more documentary and landscape, sitting oppositely to my love for fashion portraiture and textiles. Of lately my work  is from 'Somewhere In' a series filled with point and shoot film images exploring the chaos, the cool and the exciting world of Asia and its countries. There will be more so keep on watching.
